CLIENT:
HOMEQUEST DISPLAY
VILLAGE BELLA VISTA
DESCRIPTION:
One of Sydney's best boutique home display villages, featuring quality, style, innovation and craftsmanship, based in Bella Vista, Hills District of Sydney. There are 8 builders on display in the village and every house is of premium quality, promoted to the higher end of the market.
Homequest approached Divine in 2009 because their current agency only focussed on print advertising and contracted out all of the creative, design, online solutions and advertising.
As Divine Creative Design offer a complete service from design through to website solutions and ad bookings and placement, it was obvious to the client that they would receive more value for their marketing budget and keep their brand more consistent.
BRIEF:
To review their existing brand and positioning in the marketplace, and adapt it to suit their high end market but retain their existing identity. This was to be carried out from their logo through to their advertising and particularly their online solutions.
OUTCOMES:
We reviewed their logo and made modifications to this and applied this to all of their advertising, signage, and promotions.
We manage their extensive budget and provide cost effective solutions that also involved redesigning their website and implementing a search engine optimisation program for them which now sees them on the first page of google for appropriate searches.
In mid 2011, we co-ordinated a jingle for Homequest, and began a radio advertising campaign for Homequest through MixFM, after extensive research and development. We continue to manage their account from print advertising through to radio and online solutions, and they enjoy a consist and cohesive approach to their marketing that they never enjoyed before.
